“ Excellent! And if you're not sure, the parking lot was full and when we came out, there was a waiting line! I had the veggie omelette. It was delicious, so much that I brought half home. My friends raved about their breakfast also - highly recommend. ”
“ I just had an amazing breakfast at Sophia's located on Military rd. I was inspired to check this place out after an episode of Diners Drive ins & Dives. Food was amazing and came out really quick. Really happy with the service! The ambiance is really charming. I, unfortunately, cannot compare it to the previous location which was much smaller. I can't wait to come back and try another item on the menu! I definitely recommend! ”
“ Floofiest pancakes I've had in a while and just a lovely brunch! I recently tried Sophia's for the first time and was really happy with my experience. I went for brunch on a weekday and there was a short wait, which is a great sign! Often brunch spots are dead mid-week, but this place is clearly popular. We were seated after 15-mins and were offered drinks and provided menus. There was a full suite of breakfast and lunch options. I desperately wanted pancakes, but didn't want pancakes exclusively. Fortunately, they had some combo options that fit the bill. I was allowed to sub in home fries for the meat, so I was a happy camper! The home fries were great with just a tiny bit of grease to make them tasty. I did have to salt my eggs, but they nailed the over medium cook. The pancakes were spectacular. I was only able to eat one of the pancakes on spot, but the other one did NOT go to waste. The restaurant space was a step up from a typical greasy spoon environment. We had a comfortable half-booth, half-table. Families and friend groups were happily dining in the spacious dining room. There was also a large covered patio, but it wasn't open when we visited. Overall, Sophia's is a solid brunch option! Go get those pancakes! ”
“ Jeremy, our server, was so pleasant. He said he loves first-time visitors. He offered his recommendations (favorites) from both the breakfast and lunch menu. Of the three of us dining, one ordered the standard, one ordered the fried bologna with a cup of tortellini Florentine soup and I had the bloody Mary with the steak pita and a side salad. The Bloody Mary was spicy & delicious, with a piece of bacon, an olive, a pepperoncini, celery, and slices of lemon & lime. I would have liked feta cheese on my salad, but there was more than enough cheese in my steak pita to make up for it. I would definitely come back. ”
“ My wife hasn't stopped talking about this place. Everything was high quality and prepared perfectly. The owners are committed to your experience in ways few others do. Chocolate chip pancakes Blueberry pancakes Eggs, omelets, breakfast potatoes The service was RIDICULOUS as in so nice and attentive and caring. And price to value was spot on. Full breakfast for FIVE plus lots of add ons (sides) with 20% tip, $110. In 2024 that's great! ”
“ Stopped at Sophia's for breakfast/lunch. First time at the newer location. Just as busy and crowded as the old location. My daughter had meatlovers omelette with cheese and homefries with onions. Home fries were crispy yet soft inside very good. The omelette was big full of ham sausage and bacon enough for later. I had a small stack of plain pancakes (2) and a side of sausage (4) pancakes were big and fluffy and sausage was flavorful and cooked well. Everything was flawlessly made with great flavor. Waitress was pleasant and fast Sophia's still is great at the newer spot! ”
“ Sophia's Outstanding restaurant food outstanding service outstanding. I had a pepper and steak omelette with fried potatoes. Everything was perfect The only problem I had was noise level was extreme. So if you're going to go there and have a nice breakfast which you will and have a nice conversation with the people in your party, bring a bull horn I am definitely going back for breakfast again. Their menu was so big everything looked scrumptious ”
“ This was our first meal at the "new" location and we were not disappointed! We ordered chocolate chip pancakes, a breakfast skillet, and a gyro souvlaki breakfast. This food was amazing; everything tasted like quality product and had great flavor. I am usually not a potato person but absolutely loved the crunch and seasoning of the home fries. Their homemade toast is also out of this world. We got drinks, too, a house mimosa and a bloody mary. Both were delicious. The food and our service were great! ”
“ First time at their new spot. They did a great job. The food is as good as ever and the restaurant itself looks great! Still a wait and I think they can seat 130. They also have outdoor seating. I love the fresh new look inside. ”
